Featured Profile: Racheal Leigh
The face behind the creation of Brisbane Auditions, Racheal is a seasoned performer who has been involved in the Brisbane entertainment industry for over 15 years.
In 2000, Racheal realised there was a need for a general website where all audition information could be accessed for free to other actors & performers. Many theatres also couldn't afford to advertise in the big papers, so they also needed somewhere to advertise to reach a larger audience. Hence the birth of Brisbane Auditions.
With the introduction of Facebook, Brisbane Auditions needed to re-evaluate it's position in the entertainment industry. It was decided that it would be better suited as a general all-round website which still focuses on auditions, but also provides other useful information such as current shows & entertainment news. The final decision is what you see today.
2010 will be our 10th anniversary and we would like to thank you for your support over the past 10 years!
